Position Overview

The Head of Cleaning Services at Clean & Green Team Inc. is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset; however, training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist cleaning personnel in executing their duties effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 1 to 2 light duty cleaners.
Certifications
  • WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) Certificate is required.
Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable.
  • Criminal record check and driver's validity license check are mandatory.
  • Driving record check (abstract) is required.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
