Role Overview:

  • The Product Strategist will oversee daily interactions with Regional Product leaders, Development managers, release teams, and other stakeholders. They will engage with clients to assess and guarantee product efficacy and spearhead the SEND initiative. This role necessitates exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in data-centric reporting.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and spearhead the SEND initiative in collaboration with diverse teams
  • Address Mastercard Send Enablement inquiries from clients
  • Assist in analyzing and resolving approval rates
  • Oversee the Variance Management process
  • Foster internal relationships and manage stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
