About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at DSONS TRANSPORT LTD. as a key member of our logistics operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Task Organization: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Logistics Oversight: Monitor and control the movement and storage of goods, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Workforce Management: Monitor personnel workloads and locations, adjusting schedules and assignments as necessary to meet business needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Procurement: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Dispatch and Tracking: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
