Job Summary:
The Park Patrol position is a critical role within RLC Park Services, responsible for ensuring the day-to-day security and maintenance of our parks. As a Park Patrol Officer, you will be the first point of contact for park users and will play a key role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to ensuring the Permit area is safe, clean, and functional.
- Ensure the security of the Permit area and respond to any incidents or emergencies.
- Conduct duties of the Collector when necessary, including processing permits and managing park facilities.
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Maintain a high standard of public safety and security.
- Ensure park facilities and equipment are well-maintained and functional.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to park user inquiries.
- Collaborate with other RLC Park Services teams to ensure a seamless park experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations and make sound decisions.
- Knowledge of park regulations and procedures.
