About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Parts Delivery Driver to join our team at NAPA AUTO PARTS. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parts and products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parts and products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all deliveries are made with a high level of customer service.
  • Stock shelves and display areas with parts and products, ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  • Process incoming requisitions and manage inventory levels to ensure that all parts and products are available for delivery.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment as required, using company vehicles and equipment.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments for customers, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Set-up displays of retail parts and accessories in a visually appealing and organized manner, ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  • Clean and maintain office, supply area or warehouse spaces, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and safe for employees and customers.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles) is required for this role.
  • Valid driver's licence is required for this role.
  • Attention to detail is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made accurately and efficiently.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure is required for this role.
  • Physically demanding work is required for this role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required for this role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills are required for this role, as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a regular basis.
  • Punctuality is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for delivering parts and products to customers in a timely manner.
