About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Utility Worker to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our waterworks equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on waterworks equipment, including adjusting and repairing equipment under the direction of qualified tradespeople.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including location and condition of equipment.
  • Task Execution: Execute a variety of tasks, including reading blueprints, operating vehicles and equipment, and reporting malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Leak Detection and Repair: Search, locate, and repair reported water leaks.
  • Customer Support: Provide information on underground gas distribution lines and observe excavation work to ensure that underground facilities are protected.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Write maintenance reports and maintain work records and logs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
