As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of Contents Technicians in the restoration of personal and commercial properties affected by disasters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team of Contents Technicians in the restoration of properties
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, adjusters, and trades
  • Work with customers to restore personal and commercial items to their pre-disaster state
  • Pack and catalog contents from disaster-affected areas and create inventory lists
  • Clean and restore contents and structures
  • Clean and restore fabrics and textiles

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry, and pack boxes
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
  • Clean criminal record
