Job Title: Senior Private Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Private Banker to join our team at National Bank. As a Senior Private Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer personalized financial solutions and advice to high net worth clients and their families.
  • Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to build and manage a client base.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities for Bank products and services.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with credit experts to structure complex credit deals.
  • Apply the Bank's risk management standards rigorously.
  • Guide clients in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Help the Bank develop its share of wallet and increase profitability.
  • Ensure the sustainability of client relationships and portfolio profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience or a master's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience.
  • CFP or PFP designation an asset.
  • Experience in commercial lending an asset.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services in the Personal and Commercial Banking sectors.
  • Outstanding customer service, sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Leadership skills and ability to be autonomous, persevere, and work in a team.
