Position: Maintenance Planner
Location: Canada
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed work plans for maintenance activities to ensure optimal asset performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule work and ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate maintenance schedules and records to support data-driven decision making.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive job plan library to support maintenance operations.
Requirements:
- Certified journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years' experience in preventative maintenance and 5+ years' experience in planning and scheduling.
- Shutdown/turnaround experience and knowledge of maintenance management systems are preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results.
