Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or certificate program in accounting or a related discipline (1 to 2 years).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and manage fixed assets and their depreciation.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized accounting systems.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries accurately.
  • Generate various statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Prepare trial balances of accounts.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in accounts.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in accounting software.
