Job Title: Ready Mix Driver

At Testing four company, we are seeking a skilled Ready Mix Driver to join our team. As a Ready Mix Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality concrete to our customers in a timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Ready Mix Concrete to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to safety and operational guidelines
  • Perform minor roadside repairs and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Inspect concrete for quality and size, verifying load sizes and ensuring accurate delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service, working closely with customers to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routes and ensure safe and efficient delivery
  • Assemble and operate concrete chutes during pours, adhering to safety protocols
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class AZ, DZ, 1, or 3)
  • Proficient reading, writing, and math skills
  • Minimum one year of experience operating a commercial vehicle with a multi-speed transmission
  • Good driving record and valid medical card
  • Concrete knowledge and experience preferred, as well as mechanical background or skills
  • Ability to work six days a week, with occasional Sunday work, and drive up to 11 hours per day
  • Solid attendance and punctuality history, with ability to climb ladders and lift 60-pound concrete chutes
