Job Title: Principal AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal AI Engineer to lead our AI strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of AI models and solutions
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI models and systems
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders clearly and effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Principal AI Engineer, AI Scientist, or similar senior role
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI techniques and models
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions
  • Experience with cloud platforms and tools for AI and machine learning
