About the Role

TUEX Education is seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Establish and manage departmental structures, including senior staff positions and middle management
  • Coordinate regional, divisional, or departmental activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Formulate and approve policies, programs, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop executive staff, including middle managers and directors, to optimize performance
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
