We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Silverpoint Custom Homes. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture and polish surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Housekeeping: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • Bed Making and Laundry: Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Disinfection and Sanitizing: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Elevator Cleaning: Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
