Role Overview: The CCO will report directly to the CEO and will steer our rapidly growing technology firm to improve the efficiency and quality of our bookkeeping services, enhance customer success, and establish comprehensive bookkeeping, tax preparation, advisory, and resolution services. This strategic leader will thrive on simplifying processes, ensuring reliability, providing clear insights, and executing with determination.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  1. Required: Over 15 years of demonstrated experience in senior customer-focused leadership roles within high-growth tech startups that have achieved significant revenue milestones.
  2. Preferred: Experience managing large accounting or tax teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving retention and margin improvements.
  3. Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
