Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Labourer to join our team at Artificial Grass and Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and looking their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure even terrain
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be required to work in a variety of locations, including construction sites and outdoor spaces.

Language and Work Term

This position requires English language proficiency and a permanent work term.
