We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Château de Mercuès.

The Role

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, utilizing cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to established quality and sanitation standards.
  • Responsible for setting up stations for service and cleaning the kitchen following the end of service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest level of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina, with the ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Formal culinary training is preferred, but not required.
