Job Summary

Sundance Balloons (2008) Ltd is seeking a skilled Hot Air Balloon Pilot to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for escorting groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips, operating communication and navigation equipment, and maintaining our fleet of hot air balloons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escort groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips
  • Operate communication and navigation equipment, including GPS and emergency devices
  • Maintain and repair hot air balloons and related equipment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Requirements
  • Hot Air Balloon Pilot Licence
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work under pressure and in physically demanding conditions
  • Strong communication and navigation skills
Work Environment

As a Hot Air Balloon Pilot, you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, at heights, and in hot environments. You must be comfortable with heights and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
