Position Overview

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This permanent position requires a commitment to excellence in customer service and team management.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Prepare budgets and cost projections.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Compile and submit reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Qualifications
