About the Role

The Department of Anesthesia of the Vancouver Island Health Authority (Island Health) is looking for a pediatric anesthesiologist to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia services to pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals
  • Teach and mentor medical students and residents
  • Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
  • Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesia preferred
