Position Overview

As a Culinary Support Staff at HWANGGANE & OSAKA SUSHI, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen environment. Your contributions will ensure that our culinary team can focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchenware manually
  • Scrub pots and pans to ensure they are spotless
  • Prepare take-out food orders for customers
  • Portion and wrap food items for service
  • Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently
  • Ensure the kitchen area, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment, is clean and sanitized
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators and storage areas
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately
  • Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed
Work Environment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
