Retail Store Manager

Elegant Apparel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks to meet sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
- Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular walking and occasional lifting of merchandise.
- English is the primary language of communication, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
- 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
