Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Chintan Raval Dentistry Professional. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
- Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental practice.
- Prepare dental instruments and filling materials to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
- Maintain and order supplies to prevent stockouts and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Perform reception and clerical duties to provide excellent patient care and administrative support.
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to maintain a clean and safe dental environment.
- Educate patients concerning oral hygiene to promote good oral health and prevent dental problems.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
- Record dental procedures performed on patients to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Invoice patients for dental services to ensure timely payment and maintain a positive patient experience.
- Client focus and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional patient care.
- Efficient interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Work Term: Permanent and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Work Language: English and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week and a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our patients and practice.
