We are a veterinary specialty, emergency, and critical care hospital located in Surrey, BC, with a fully established oncology department. Our mission is to provide personalized specialty veterinary care and improve the lives of our patients and their families.
Role OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site role for a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Oncologist at Boundary Bay Specialty Veterinary Hospital in Surrey, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnosing and treating animals with cancer
- Providing radiation therapy and chemotherapy
- Developing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other specialists
- Providing consultations and support to pet owners
- Collaborating with other specialists and ER doctors in our hospital
- Building a network of good working relationships with our rDVM community
We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with a fully trained oncology and imaging team. Our oncology department has a large and diverse caseload, and we provide access to a dedicated oncology suite with USP-800-standard chemotherapy preparation room, chemotherapy treatment room, procedures area, and oncology doctors' office.
