We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpentry Assistant to join our team at Crown Finishing Carpentry. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Clean and organize salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, contributing to a clean and organized workspace.
This is a physically demanding role that requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic. As a team player, you will work collaboratively with our crew to achieve project goals.
Requirements and Preferences- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in various locations, with a focus on construction sites.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
This is a permanent position, requiring a 40-hour workweek. The primary language of communication is English, and the work environment is physically demanding.
