Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is essential.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and connect materials such as wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
- Plan and coordinate tasks on various job sites.
- Provide guidance and instruction to apprentices.
- Estimate project costs and required materials.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and renovations on residential and commercial wooden structures.
- Physical capabilities include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Dependability and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
