About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team at Rolando's household. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Errands and Shopping: Shop for food and household supplies, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a secure and safe environment for our clients by adhering to our security protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
Work Environment

As a Household Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients and other household staff members. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
