About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities to identify any areas that require attention and ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or hotel operations role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
