Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor - Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage essential documentation for the office;
  • Oversee changes in insulation, assembly of towers, and construction activities;
  • Analyze and compare architectural plans and specifications, noting any discrepancies;
  • Ensure that the quality of work completed adheres to established standards;
  • Uphold safety protocols at the construction site;
  • Draft daily progress reports and comprehensive project closure documentation;
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in site supervision;
  • Proven experience in Power Line construction projects;
  • Completion of relevant training programs specific to Hydro-Québec;
  • Valid ASP Construction certification;
  • Unrestricted driver's license required.

Working Conditions:

  • Typical work schedule consists of 5 days, 9 hours each;
