About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Super Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
