Role Overview
As a Client Services Supervisor, you will play a vital role within the Account Services team, offering support and guidance in managing client accounts and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is part of a broader integrated team that includes other Account teams, Creative, Production, Media, and Strategy. The Client Services Supervisor establishes the management approach for the account by emphasizing key client goals, actively contributing to these objectives, assisting the Account Director and other account leaders in daily tasks, and directing the daily responsibilities of Account Coordinators and Account Executives within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Director and the broader team with client communication and administrative tasks; prepare project estimates, client contact reports, work back schedules, etc.
- Lead the coordination of creative and production teams assigned to projects, providing direction and structure for tactical execution and launch.
- Build and maintain positive and trusting relationships with all clients and agency stakeholders, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to deliver proactive solutions as necessary.
- Supervise the internal team's daily progress, offering guidance and support to ensure seamless project execution from initiation to completion.
- Develop strategies and tactics for client presentations that showcase innovative ideas and solid tactical reasoning.
- Prepare insightful analyses regarding competitive and industry activities.
- Engage in new business pitches and opportunities.
- Manage budgets and profitability, collaborating closely with the finance team on invoicing matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, or marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (experience in team/stakeholder management is preferred).
- Experience in the automotive sector or automotive retail is advantageous.
- Highly adaptable, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently with strong organizational skills; quick learner and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in using Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management software and experience management platforms is a plus.
