We're seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our retail sales team at Hardwood Giant, a leading name in the Hardwood Flooring Industry. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Education: Serve as a brand ambassador, educating customers about our exquisite range of Hardwood Giant products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, expanding our customer base.
  • Solution-Oriented Sales: Listen attentively to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly, closing deals and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Digital Engagement: Harness the power of social media platforms to engage with our audience, driving engagement and generating leads.
What We're Looking For:
  • Sales Savvy: 1-2 years of proven success in a sales-driven environment.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communication Mastery: Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with the ability to articulate product features and benefits with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: A solution-oriented mind-set with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  • Tech Fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems or equivalent tools.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Availability: Part Time availability and willingness to work weekends.
