We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop features for fintech, travel, eCommerce, and superapp products
  2. Manage deployment, monitoring, debugging, and testing of features, services, and databases
  3. Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards
  4. Mentor junior developers and participate in cross-functional team projects

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of professional software development experience
  2. 5+ years of experience with Python or Node on the backend
  3. 5+ years of experience with a modern frontend JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in an agile team
  5. Experience working with web services and tackling system design challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with a breadth of technologies including Gitlab, AWS, Docker, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Amplitude, and Snowflake
  2. SQL/analytics knowledge and familiarity with devops concepts
  3. Previous experience in a startup environment
  4. Experience writing end-to-end/browser-based tests
  5. Background working closely with business stakeholders
