Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
  • Workshop Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair and maintain all aspects of motor vehicles, including body components, doors, and frames.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply primers and paint to surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Interior and Exterior Repairs: Repair or replace interior components, including seats, carpets, and trim, as well as exterior components, such as windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Color Matching: Mix and match paint colors to ensure a perfect match.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 35-40 hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Language

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
