About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time Liquor Clerk to join our team at our Deer Park Liquor Store in Spruce Grove, AB. As a Liquor Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process and package customer purchases, handle and record transactions through the point of sale terminal
  • Organize, clean, and stock merchandise, prepare daily cash reconciliations, and complete general housekeeping duties
  • Assist team members when necessary and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Previous liquor retail/cashier and customer service experience would be an asset
  • WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) training would be an asset
  • Inventory/Merchandising/Stocking experience would be an asset
  • ProServe Liquor Staff Training would be an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20lbs consistently when stocking
