Procurement Manager Job Description

ITN Food Corporation is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of our premium South Asian food products through effective sourcing, negotiation, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source high-quality South Asian food products and commodities from local and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure competitive advantage and profitability.
  • Analyze sales trends and patterns to make informed procurement decisions.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • C coordinate and book freight for incoming shipments.
  • Negotiate freight rates to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • 4 – 5 years of proven experience as a Buyer/Procurement Manager in the food industry, preferably with a focus on South Asian products.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and forecast accurately.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and logistics.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
