Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Ultra-Tech Cleaning Systems Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
