Qualifications:

* Preference given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree
* Current CPR or Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
* Completed recognized triage course or willing to obtain within one year
* Minimum 3 years providing patient care across the age continuum
* Experience with health promotion, public health, emergency, urgent care, or crisis intervention
* Current experience using an electronic medical record is an asset
* Demonstrated history of good working relationships with colleagues and the inter-professional team
* Highly developed ability to organize time and set priorities
* Willing and able to function as a resource nurse with training and mentorship
* Maintain a clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check
