About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Hong Mei SONG. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including laundry and light housekeeping duties.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist clients with administrative tasks, such as managing medications and keeping track of appointments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
