SECURE MAILING SYSTEMS INC is seeking a motivated and skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure and providing technical support to our users.

As a Network Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and effective problem-solving services to network users, addressing their technical inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Implementing and maintaining data, software, and hardware security procedures to safeguard our systems and information assets.
  • Performing routine network start-up and shut-down procedures, meticulously documenting control records for audit purposes.
  • Setting up local area networks (LANs) and establishing secure connections to the internet, ensuring optimal network performance and connectivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of internet protocols and network technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
