Join Our Team as a Beauty Advisor

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through personalized product recommendations and expert knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty
  • Exceed sales and service targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Build a loyal client base through consistent communication and personalized service
  • Share product knowledge with the sales team to drive brand sales and growth
  • Collaborate with buying, vendor, and selling management to drive business results
  • Attend educational sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and other sales support tasks as needed
  • Communicate with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and build loyalty
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of two years experience in a sales environment, preferably in luxury retail
