Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team at Unique Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to ensure a clean and safe working area.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English. This is a green job that involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
