Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Shop Supervisor to oversee our service operations. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in automotive repair and management.

  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 to 48 hours per week
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding repairs and future maintenance needs.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues in automotive systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services and complete necessary documentation.
  • Mentor and guide apprentices in their training and development.
  • Evaluate and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Estimate costs for parts and labor for maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Inspect mechanical units to identify faults and implement corrective measures.
