Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Chicken Delight. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to ensure hygiene and cleanliness
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Availability for shift or on-call work to meet the needs of our customers and staff
  • Availability for the advertised start date to ensure a smooth transition
  • Current legal ability to work in Canada to meet the requirements of our company
  • Willingness to relocate for this position to meet the needs of our company
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role to demonstrate your skills and abilities
  • Permanent employment to ensure stability and security
  • English language proficiency to communicate effectively with our customers and staff
  • 32 to 40 hours per week to meet the needs of our customers and staff
