We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This is a permanent position that offers a stable work environment.

- Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to eliminate debris, dirt, and refuse.
- Manage waste disposal by emptying trash cans and other containers.
- Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
- Perform adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for significant repairs.
- Conduct minor appliance repairs.
- Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repair.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the green economy sector.
- Possess specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
- Familiarity with power tools.
- Experience with swimming pool maintenance and cleaning equipment.
- Must pass a criminal record check.
- Public transportation is accessible.
