About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Gurlal Singh Sidhu. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding and mobility
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment and will be required to travel to clients' homes. You will be expected to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to work overtime.
