Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse; empty trash cans and other waste containers; wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair; move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Physical Demands: Work in all weather conditions; handle heavy loads; physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Abilities: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
