Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your skill set by staying updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in front-end development.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers, sharing insights and fostering an environment that promotes curiosity and skill development.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial or agency medium-sized front-end projects or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of experience with React or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent understanding of web performance, debugging, and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in core JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and testing concepts.
  • Experience with module bundler systems and related web tooling.
  • Proven experience leading small to mid-sized multi-product teams, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Strong background in JavaScript unit and feature testing frameworks.
  • Experience with Single Page Applications.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript.
  • A GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects.
