Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Denise Nizri. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for preparing and serving meals, as well as performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Feed or assist in feeding
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide personal care
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Cook
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

As a Personal Support Worker, you will be working in a variety of settings, including clients' homes and community centers. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to provide care and support to our clients.
