Job Title: Office Administration Clerk

Vantage Chartered Professional Accountants is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Clerk to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Office Administration Clerk to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database system.
  • Filing: Maintain and organize files in a secure and accessible manner.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and send correspondence, including letters and emails.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, collating, and filing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and database software.
  • Language: English.
